A couple of good resources...
WIMA: Werner Icking Music Archive - http://icking-music-archive.org/ByComposer.php
Most arrangements have midi files and .pdf files, and there are literally thousands. If you need to transpose it, get NotePad and open the midi file with it, then change the key and you've got it. There are a considerable number of brass 4tet arrangements, usually tpt-tpt-tbn-btbn.
Choral Wiki - http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Category:Composers
This is all choral music, again, thousands of pieces by about 1400 different composers. But there are some great pieces just waiting for someone to come along and arrange them for tuba-euph quartet/ensemble or brass quintet. A lot of the pieces also have midi's.
And everybody's favorite, Free-scores.com - http://www.free-scores.com/index_uk.php3
Lastly, if you're into score study, a bunch are here: http://www.dlib.indiana.edu/variations/ ... honic.html
Enjoy!
