Hi everyone,

Just letting you know about the Melbourne International Festival of Brass. It has started today and runs until Saturday - in Melbourne, Australia. I think ALL the concerts are being streamed live at http://www.themusicpage.com" target="_blank" target="_blank .

Artists include John Sass, Barry Tuckwell, Jens Lindemann, Wayne Bergeron, Gail Williams, Wycliffe Gordon and a stack of Australian talent.

I signed up a while ago on The Music Page, they've got heaps and heaps of videos as well as the BEST carnival of venice tuba recording I've ever heard (some guy called Fabian Russell? http://www.themusicpage.com/hearAudio.php?v=509" target="_blank" target="_blank ). I saw their Live Stream of Canadian Brass a few months ago and it was absolutely outstanding.

Here's an email I go from them about what concerts are streaming live this week. All times are local Melbourne time, I think:

They've got a cool live chat while the shows stream live, so I might talk to some of you on there?
