Hello All;

I'm looking for recordings of the Jaques Casterede "Sonatine pour Tuba ut, ou Saxhorn si b et Piano." I know of the Toby Hanks recording on his "Sonata" Album, Velvet Brown's recording, and Gene Pokorny's recording of the second mvt. (All of which are VERY fine recordings)

I'm wondering if someone out there has a recoding of a French Tubist performing this work? (CD, LP, DAT) I'd LOVE to hear it on a French Tenor C tuba or a Saxhorn!

David Thornton plays it beautifully on euphonium with piano accompaniment on this cd:

It would probably be the closest approximation of the sound of the French C tuba.
