In the tuba student level of the Falcone Festival, it says that applicants must not have reached there 20th birthday by December 1, 2009. But in the euphonium student section it says December 1, 2008.

Does anyone know if this is a typo or if this is what the age group really is?

I already emailed Mark Cox about this - he told me that the cut-off date is 12/1/2008 for this year's competition.

I need to correct my previous post - the cut-off date is actually 12/1/2009, and now every page on the website reflects that info.
