Richard Price arrangements

If you have a good quintet and are, like me, always looking for good music here's a suggestion. There has been a badly photocopied book of great quintet arrangements by Richard Price which has been around for twenty years or so. Now most of those quintets are published by Merion Music.
There are so many arrangements which are uninspired, hackneyed or just strange. These are inventive, pleasing to audiences who will actually recognize the tunes, and interesting for the musicians to play. Not easy, everybody has important roles and challenges. I highly recommend you look at a copy at one of the usual places where you buy quintet music.
Nows the time to plan for Christmas gigs... Cheers!
