CSO Jacobs Tribute

I have been informed that the Chicago Symphony has placed a tribute to Arnold Jacobs in memory of the tenth anniversary of his passing. It contains his biography and also an audio clip with statements from John Hagstrom, Charlie Vernon and Gene Pokorny. The link is:

Thanks to Gene Pokorny who reminded the CSO of the anniversary. I have always said that he has done more to remember his predecessor than any other symphony player. He is a great "renter" of the CSO tuba position!
