TubeNet

I'm trying to find a place that's willing and ready to overhaul my F tuba. So far, I haven't had much luck. Location is not really a factor to me, as long as it in the continental USA.
What I'm going for is to have the tuba completely restored to like new condition, including silverplating. For those that are curious, its a Meinl Weston 45slp.
Any ideas?
