Hard/Flight Cases for Neptunes

I'm just putting the finishing touches on my grad school applications and it occurred to me that I'll probably have to take a flight or two with my Neptune to get to a few of these auditions. I'm wondering what people use for their Neptunes (or any BAT for that matter) when they fly. My biggest concern is weight as I usually fly Air Canada which has a 70 pound cap on baggage (though I can ship it cargo on the same flight I'm on, but it is one more hassle and expense and time constraint). Though despite the difficulties with the weight restrictions they have treated the tuba well when I've flown with them (able to lock the case, they just x-ray it while I'm there and it travels with the strollers, dogs, golf clubs etc) and it hasn't sustained any damage the 8 or so times I've flow with my old CC and my E-flat both in Walt Johnson Cases. The only reason I'm not getting a new walt johnson case is weight as I'd like to see if there is something lighter. Any suggestions are appreciated.
