Tomorrow, Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008, at 3 PM Chicago time, I will give a tuba recital live on the radio in Chicago. For those in Chicago this recital can be found on WFMT 98.7 FM For those outside of Chicago the radio station broadcast will be “streamed” on http://www.wfmt.com" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank The exact starting time will be a couple of minutes past 3 PM, Central Standard Time. Sorry for any multiple sendings of e-mails. If you happen to know of any who may be interested in this on not see their names on the copy list, please pass this note along to them.
I am very pleased that participating in the recital as well will be Yoko Yamada (pianist) and Rex Martin (tubist and narrator). Carolyn Paulin will be the WFMT announcer who will be hosting the event.

This should be a proper start to Thanksgiving week in America. What you won’t get in turkey here you’ll probably end up with stuffing. (Be careful, Jonathan Rees. I know that means something else in the UK!!!)
