I had the distinct displeasure of ordering one about 5 years ago. It was advertised as a BBb horn for some ridiculously low price (I think $800.00 + shipping). The horn turned out to be keyed in approximately B natural. I was able to return it to them for a FULL refund, after I happened to mention that they violated the rule of false advertising.

The horn is now listed as C flat; which would be correct. Advice: you pays your money and you takes your chances.

Yes..with a tubaglue ... I couldn't let that one alone, either.

And to prevent gunk buildup, always brush with a tubatoothpaste before playing.
