The McPherson Library at the University of Victoria has the score for the 1947 version. Why not just go copy the few bars out of that? Your copying out a very small bit of this score for academic study would not be a violation of copyright. Besides, I doubt anyone has this in a PDF version on their computer ready to transfer to you.

Agreed, but the link was mostly to answer tubahead's question. Still, you seem to have a fascination with the Petroushka excerpt. As Chuck Jackson so accurately pointed out in the other thread, the two excerpts are identical save the time signature difference. A bear, it would seem, is indeed a bear (at least, as far as Stravinsky was concerned).

You will, however, notice several differences in recordings of the original and revised versions...

Which is why I was asking for a recording of the 1947 version.

And yes, I do have a fascination with this excerpt. When I first asked for the 1947 recording I was not aware that the two tuba parts are the same for the solo minus the time signature change.

Should you not have the excerpt (at all) yet, the 1911 version of the score can be found here. The Bear solo is near the beginning of the fourth act (rehearsal number 100).

I performed the '47 version with ye 'ol University Symphony last year. The Bear solo is virtually unchanged. The notes and rhythms are exactly the same, but some of the stylistic markings were altered. Although of the slight notated differences, the two renditions will inevitably sound very similar in performance by mere mortals.
