Since I already bought and paid for it (haven't wrapped it, though), I do know what I am getting:

Both for $169.95 incl shipping from my friends at SweetWater Sound who were hungry to make a deal.
I would consider something like this a must-have for any serious tuba student, and a much better investment than yet another mouthpiece you probably don't need.

Although not completely tuba-related, my other present came from talkbass.com:

This lets me practice my ebass completely unplugged and still hear everthing clearly. I do much of my bass practicing unplugged anyway, really helps to develop clean technique, practice out fret buzz and other garbage that gets in the sound that may not be noticed with an amp on 11. Although I have heard good things about these things, for the price if it turns out to be just a gimmick, I am not out very much.

Mrs. Claus is bringing me a new pair of my favorite New Balance slip-on jogging shoes. That's got absolutely NOTHING to do with tubas other than it's about $85 I can now use toward some more tuba stuff. :)

Sort of tuba related. I got Wii Music for Christmas for the Nintendo Wii. My kids created a Mii for me that looks similar to me. The Tuba is one of the first group of instruments unlocked so you can play tuba along with the group. :tuba:

Stand light (that really does look like a martian is landing on my stand) and a pouch so I can carry my mouthpiece in something besides my pocket when I am too lazy to take my horn to rehearsal and use a school tuba!

Ken, I also got a trickle battery charger for my motorcycle, plus some bag liners.

Used the cash from a paying gig to refurbish a stuck first valve slide water key and buy strings for all my guitars as well as take my sweetie out and buy her a steak.
