I just visited the TE website and saw this "new" horn. Seems that it is the Kalison Successor. Anyone know anything about them or have played one?

I bet that thing has a myriad of available colors and applications.. I know the daryl smith had a BOMB low E. I was messing around on my friend's miraphone 188... it was OLD though and had a 16.5 inch belll like this one ... plug in the ftuba mouthpiece... sounds like an f ... plug in the lm-5 ... sounds like a smaller cc... very versatile I am kinda looking at options... almost wish I didn't need my 6/4 anymore hehehe

If this is the one I played at ITEC...(and I think it is) it is a very nice horn. Well worth a look of you are shopping! :tuba:

anything in particular you remenber you liked? How were the ergonomics? Did the horn feel like thin metal that the Kalison's had supposedly had?

I'll be in the market for a different CC in the next year so I'm gonna try all sorta of things and I'm all about trying different too.... :D
