Willson 2900 Felt Thicknesses?

It seems like no matter how often I change my felts on my 2900, I always have valve noise. This has become a frustration lately, and I would like to look into getting either a different set of felts by a different company that I can fit to my horn, or making my own. Does anyone happen to know how thick the felts are supposed to be?? If Ed Stevens reads this, can you help me? The traditional felts just aren't working and I'd like to look into neoprene or something along those lines. Thanks so much!
Heather

Hello Heather,
All felts on the Willson euphoniums shall be 4 mm thick.
I have recently got a bunch of them from the factory in Flums,
and will mail you a set if you email me your address.
Best wishes Petter

I have got two factory fresh 2900 in stock, both are delivered with 4 mm felts overall.
The felt kits I ordered separately for the 2900 included 4 mm only.
On tubas the felt thickness differ, but not on euphs.

Is there any way to return the PVAC kit if it doesn't work out? Has anyone tried these yet? I am interested, but don't know much about them, as this is my first time hearing about it.

they are precision fit. Someone posted photos of their valve set from the inside after installing them .. it is amazing.
