Nelhybel's Concerto Grosso for tubas

Anyone knows if a recording exists of Vaclav Nelhyibel's "Concerto Grosso" for tubas and band? If anyone has played it knows which is more or less the metronome tempo for the three movements? There is no indications on the score...
