The more recordings the better and the original is always a good place to start. All have a slightly different take on the piece which can then be melded into your own take.

Somewhere I have a recording of myself playing it, but it is on tape (those are the rectangular plastics things with two holes where an actual tape runs through a machine - it sure makes me feel old!) and I would need to get it .mp3 format. Maybe someday!

And I thought they were round with a hole in the middle. Shows what I know.
