Anyone know what piece this is?

I was futzing around on YouTube, and found this video. The music in the background sounds very familiar, but I can't place it. Does anyone know what it is? Any help is as always graciously appreciated.

I didn't recognize it as any particular piece, but it reminded me of either Hook or the Pirates of the Caribbean movies...
...too many people cheering and yelling to really hear it well.

It's "Finale" by Tom Hedden. It's recorded on "Autumn Thunder: 40 Years of NFL Films Music." It's a several disc set. Or, you can buy it on iTunes.
When I used to attend the Football Hall of Fame breakfast, they would play that piece behind each Enshrinee as the mayor of Canton would pass out the yellow sport coats.
