Are these the 'same horns?

I was looking at a Cerveny ACB 681 5V CC Tuba, and an almost identical one made buy Hans Mueller... The only difference that I saw was that the Cerveny's bell had a larger throat. The bows, valves, slides, and linkages looked the same. Anyone ever played these two back to back?
Oh yeah, both of the 5th valves were a 1/2 step, so no pedal DDb on either of them...
The Hans Mueller had pretty good intonation, except the low 'CC' was about 25 cents flatter than the c's an octave and two two octaves above it. I did manage to smush them to only 10 cents apart after trying different mouthpieces (Conn Helleberg was the best in-tune), but the timbre changed.
Pretty nice sounding horn and easy to play. I did not get to play the Cerveny because it was online and I noticed it only because I had recently played the Hans Mueller CC.
