Happened to visit the Hornucopia store in San Carlos CA today (no relationship to the famous brass compilation website AFAIK) and the owner was showing off her latest accqusition - I took a few snaps but only one was clear enough:

more views of a similar horn:http://www.horn-u-copia.net/picture.php ... 199459.jpg

It was not too tight of a fit for me (I am not exactly a small size) and it had a pretty good tone for a horn of this age. Don't know if Sandy wants to sell it right away - she had been working on buying it for 17 years!

In all seriousness and with all due respect, why?!?
The previous owner had an antique store in another city and the horn was on display there (as a sales gimmick, I guess.) She did not want to sell it, but finally did when she retired.

That's the big difference between humans, and frogs etc. When a frog does something, you know there's a logical reason.
