Reynolds Eb sousaphone neck and bits

The one-piece neck of this Reynolds full-circle Eb sousaphone obviously is not original. I cannot test is playing qualities, as it is not with me. Even if well playable the ergonomics may need adjustments.
Finding original parts might be possible if sufficient time would be invested. Yet I am interested whether a certain shortcut would be possible:
Will this old Reynolds (assumedly from 1950) take a current Conn neck (and hence Conn bits)? I am thinking of the neck intended for the current 20K (which also fits the 14K, 26K, 28K, and 40K among others).
