I think I bought all my Torchinsky excerpt books, my three (!) copies of the VW concerto (2 remaining, soon to be 1), and several pocket scores from there in the late 80's.

This was a great store. I picked up my first copy of the John Williams Concerto there and stopped in every time I visited Carnegie Hall. What a bummer... Thanks or the memories!
