What Happened?

A little before 9 (CDT) the Topic "watch the mouth" and all references to it just dissapeared. Why? (I was enjoying the various points of view being expressed there)

Was it getting too close to being a discussion of religion or politics?

What happened?

A good decision was made.

Yep. A good decision is right. The "mouth" was put to rest.

You have to "play nice" according to the "rules" on the site. That's all.

The discussion was getting political and that's forbidden. I was as guilty as anyone. It had stayed quite civil and that's probably the reason it lasted as long as it did. Everyone was able to communicate their point--no need to let it sit and fester.

Agreed -- it had served its purpose. That's the most civilised discussion on that subject I've seen and/or participated in for quite a while ... kudos to all. 8)

He decided to throw it in the dungeon.

bloke "yup. It was I."
Good call. The original post was good but the responses were getting really stupid!

This was an example of why many think politics and religion are not to be discussed in mixed company. Personally, I thought it was a good discussion overall.

Now the pockets, when you sit down, everything falls out, your money, your knife, everything, so I need at least another inch in the pockets. And another thing - the crotch, down where your nuts hang - is always a little too tight, so when you make them up, give me an inch that I can let out there, uh because they cut me, it's just like riding a wire fence. These are almost, these are the best I've had anywhere in the United States,

Its better than having the cat's breath smell like leather after it takes out a $1500.00 leather jacket (happened to a friend, not me!)
