Tuba ID help?

So, a while ago, I picked up this tuba. I was in need of a first bass tuba, and my repairman and I both thought it was an F (turns out to be Eb). So, I have this horn, and it plays pretty well, but I have actually replaced it with an awesome old York.
I was actually wondering a bit about the history of this horn before I sold it.

Isn’t there an engraving?
The thrumbring flange excludes it from being out of the B&S factory. The other obvious maker out of the German/Czech tradition providing unmarked instruments would be Amati/Cerveny.
The pull rings on the upper slides hardly are original.

For those of us who don't "do" facebook, can you post pix, or a link to a more conventional upload service?

There is no engraving. I've looked all over the horn, there is only a serial number (06996).
The thumbring is definitely not original. At one point, the one that came with the horn broke off, and my repairman put on a different (and thicker) one.
I'll try to put up the pics in the other way, but I think it is supposed to be public.

The B&S flanges are kind of diamonds with rounded outlines. Also the transmission lets me assume Cerveny. Miraphone and MW would have had engravings.

Looks like a Cerveny 641 Eb to me. Probably '70s or early '80s, judging by the keys (same shape as the ones on my 1974 Cerveny-built Sear C).

Had the bell been engraved, it would have been "Amati" at that time, I would think. Looks very similar to the current version:

Well, I just sent them an email asking for their opinion. I looked at the CEB641, and that does look just like Alex. I think the bell and leadpipe could be aftermarket, but the tubing and most of the body looks very similar.
Is there anyone in Tubenet land who has a Cerveny CEB641 who would be willing to take a look and see?

Have you set a price on this tuba yet? How large is it? Weight? Length? Bell size?
I am interested.
