These videos were just uploaded June 1, 2009. Definitely worth a listen.

"University partners Black Dyke Band returned to Leeds Met for a weekend feast of music. Friday's inaugural lecture by Professor Nick Childs is now available to view online. The Black Dyke Brass Festival gave students, staff and partners the opportunity to listen to music from the most famous brass band in the world."

I found these on 4br a few days ago, and wow that concert was awesome. Brass banding at its best, and probably the best video ever on Youtube!

If anyone is unsure just what the deal is with brass banding, start with the second video, sit back and prepare to listen to 50 minutes of very exciting, world class brass playing.
