Salome part

I'm cleaning out my filing cabinet and I was wondering if anyone has Pg. 4 of the tuba part from Salome. It's the only copy I have (Not on the Cherry CD) but I seem to be missing that page.
I remember my chair placement audition my freshman year of college, second day at the university, and the sight reading was this part. The band director thought it would be a good idea. What a toolbox...
