Dan said the horn has potential, so he will work his magic on it, which unfortuately will take almost a year, the way things pile up in his shop. Dan was very nice and chatted with me about tubas and other instruments for a couple of hours (it's no wonder he stays late at night to get work done). He has quite collection of instruments in his store, wow, and his workmanship is fantastic! So this time next year I will be playing on a flawless, silver Holton 345... I can't wait!
