The Tommy Johnson Tuba method

Does anyone know anything about the Tommy Johnson Tuba Method? I was looking for some teaching resources and came across this in Jeffrey Funderburk's Tuba Resource Booklet. I looked for it on Kjos's website and couldn't find anything. I guess it may be out of print. Does anyone have any info?
