Is there a tuba quartet arrangement of The Green Leaves of Summer by Dimitri Tiomkin?

Hey San Antonio guys! I am from there also. My father was the band director at Highlands high school when you did that John Wayne-Alamo opening. I went to Roosevelt High school and graduated in 1980. I've been in NY ever since. Oh well.

Your father was my wife's high school band director at Highlands H.S., Kyle. He was an outstanding band director and a wonderful man, as well as my personal friend. He often spoke of you in the early days of your being in NYC. I am so sorry he is gone. My wife remembers him very fondly.
By the way, The Alamo with John Wayne predates my San Antonio days. I am a veteran of many Battle of the Band performances, including having one of the feature bands.

What do you need it for, if I might ask? I have not heard that tune mentioned in many years.
I don't need it. I just wanted it because it
is a pretty tune. I'd like to add something new to the tuba quartet book and being from Texas I remembered a good tune from a good movie. As an added bonus, Billy Bob Thornton wasn't in that Alamo.
As a complete aside, again being from Texas, it vexes me that all my friends who have seen
Friday Night Lights say it's really good. These days I find it very hard to watch a movie with Billy Bob in it.
