Is the bell of a 20k the same as the bell of a 20k?

Assuming you mean is the bell of a 20J the same as the bell of a 20K... NO.... the angle of the sousa bell is about 90 degrees while the angle of the 20J bell tilts a bit upward. The bells will interchange... just look a little 'goofy'

There was a Conn 20J on eBay recently with a 20K bell on it - I was going to message the seller and tell them, but you could make a full-time job out of correcting stuff on da Bay :

Because of the angle difference, which equates to a marginal length difference, using one bell on the other may necessitate tuning slide adjustments, and/or not being able to tune even when pushed in all the way if using a souzy bell on the tuba.
