5th valve slide
My new BBb is coming with a 2/3 step slide for the 5th valve. Is there a fingering chart for that someplace?

Re: 5th valve slide
Do you mean, "long half-step"? If so, it's easy: use the 5th valve any place you would normally use the 2nd valve when used with 4th valve. So, low B nat and lowest E nat would be 4+5, and with the 2nd valve, lowes Eb would be 2+4+5.
If you set 3 for a true 1 1/2 steps down, and not long so that 2+3 is in tune, then you might play some Gb's and Db's as 3+5, depending on just how long the 5th valve slide really is.
