I've been trying to call Chuck at the Brass Lab in NYC for the last week or so, but every time I call, the number goes through to a fax machine.

The number I have is 212-243-7180. Does anyone have a different number I could try? (Or maybe he's just on vacation and not looking for voicemails when he gets back?

I don't have a different number, but if you have a FAX handy I would FAX in and ask them to try calling you. Maybe they added an extra line and moved that number to the FAX number.
