Is there a computer program that allows multiple users, say a quintet, to input their college schedules and then overlay them to see possible meeting times?

If you want something accessible from any coputer connected to the web. And if you want something free. Then set up a closed group in Yahoo or a similar facility. At least Yahoo offers calendar and database facilities.

I have used this kind of form, created in WORD, for years. I send it out as an e-mail, to folks....

first make a list of all dates/times you can make and then send that list to everyone and have them send back the dates they can make.

that will narrow it down quickly.
