Kalison DS: Exchangeable Valve Sets?

I've recently obtained a Kalison DS tuba, and love the horn. This is the first time I've had a piston valved horn, so it's still taking me awhile to get used to it.

Anyways, my question is this: Did Kalison build rotary valve sets to fit onto the Daryl Smith (piston)? I know that it's interchangeable with other piston sets, I'm just wondering if it's possible with a rotary valve set. Looking at the Mr. Tuba website, I do notice that they built a rotary Kalison DS (which I'm sure is pretty rare).

I realize going from a piston to rotary set is not entirely possible, but as usual, I'm just curious to see what other people think.

Thanks!

You are on a right track insofar that I maybe 15 years ago saw an ad or a presentation of a Kalison tuba model which could be delivered with two alternative valve sections (P & RV) to be clamped on a shared main body.

I do not remember any model designations, but Daryl Smith was their big promotion name back then.

Visually I remember the 3rd or the 4th valve tubing of the rotary being shaped in a fashion almost exclusively seen on Italian made instruments: two concentric half circles along the bottom bow.
