Alright, I have taken the plunge and ordered a
Bloke-Piece #2 euro shank with gold H-kote on the rim.
Can't wait for it to arrive.

Yep,
It ended up that Bloke had it in stock, I chatted with him on the phone, so its on the way from Tennessee.

Hey Bob,
Yes, without a doubt, I will try the Bloke-piece on the Miraphone CBT also!

And that horn can be quite of chainsaw if played the wrong way!
I am the only Contrabass in the Trombone choir, but I have been given the "hand' several times,
it will punch through concrete if you open it up! heh.

And apparently I bought the last one he had in the shop near Memphis. As I understood the Houser site a few days ago, Houser is taking orders for a new run.
