I suspect that you're getting no response because VERY few people have played these two instruments back-to-back, especially the re-released 190 as many got turned off on those years ago as they had a reputation for being "difficult."
These instruments came out at a time when the economy is in rough shape and few people are buying new tubas for 8-9k (I don't think any of either model have come up on the used market yet).This is especially true for German rotary CC tubas. The folks that are spending that kind of money on tubas are buying 4+1 CC tubas like the MW Thor.
