Leslie Condon of the Salvation Army wrote a piece called the Radiant Pathway that is scored for Eb and Bb tubas. It is in the SAs british Festival Series or from world of brass

Steve Sykes recorded Radiant Pathway on his last album "Basso Bravissimo". It's available for download here:

You'll find it on the second page of the "Browse Artists" tab. There's a preview or you can download the track or whole album. I can recommend the album, there's some fantastic playing on it.

I might have what you are looking for.
I wrote a Bb Bass with brass band solo
Mr C Takes a Stroll a few years ago. One of the Bb bass players in the band I was involved in was complaining at the time of a lack of Bb solos as most brass band tuba solos are for Eb.
Its available via my website. There you can take a look at the solo part and there's a sound clip. Please take a look and let me know if I can help. I also have the tuba and piano version on sibelius music.
