Tuba solos

I was thinking about doing a solo at my church one Sunday, but I dont know what piece to do (I don't reallly know any). I was looking for something a bit challenging and impressive. Thanks guys

If you can read trumpet fingerings, there are a million of them out there.

Ages ago I played a solo for a church and it was Capuzzi's Double Bass Concerto (I can't remember the edition - but it's the same one from David Zerkel's Tuba Helper) and gave the accomp. to the organist. It went well as I recall and playing along with the organ was a hoot. That first movement is very lyrical and the last movement can sound very... I dunno... joyous? Worked well though and it's not too hard to put together on one rehearsal.
