Is there any difference between a YEP321 and a Bach B1110 besides $800 and a different stamp on the bell and valve casings?

I haven't seen the B1110 in person but, from pix I have seen of them and their cases.. the resembelence is eerie. Also, many post have named Bach horns as Yamaha stencils.

I've played the YEP321, but to save about $800 bucks I'm willing to buy sight unseen for the Bach. I've had good luck buying a VMI 2301 stencil from Brook-Mays sight-unseen and saving about the same amount. (Just in time too, because either they got smart or the strong Euro kicked in.)

I guess any other horn suggestions would be fine too.

P.S.
One last question... Why would Yamaha make instruments for their biggest rival UMI who sells them for a third less (at least on MSR)? Boggles my mind. All the other horns I've seen this happen with (i.e. Conn International) generally mark up the horns.

There are other people selling them as well 1800USABAND.com and there's a pretty good looking one on e-bay.

Who makes the Getzen horns and are they worth trying out?

Yamaha makes the Holton line of euphoniums, if you're looking for a YEP321 for less.

Now that Leblanc-Holton is member of the Conn-Selmer agglutination, I wonder when the Merker-matics will start sporting Eroica bells.
