OTS/Upright Eb Bass Saxhorn?

I stumbled on this today while doing some research. It was described as (and looks) original. It was made by Gautrot Brevetc is Paris. The leadpipe swivels so it works as an OTS or as an upright horn.
I've never seen a convertible OTS horn. Also, I noticed that it has standard piston valves instead of rotors or berliner valves. Do any of you know anything about this horn or horns like this? Any ideas of when it might have been made?
Thanks!
