I know the difference between a baritone and a euphonium is that a baritone is Cylindrical, and a euphonium is conic.
Has anyone ever created/seen a cylindrical tuba??
I'm just curious...

A cimbasso would be closer to that description.

A cylindrical-bore BBb tuba might look something like this....
Only perhaps wrapped a little differently.

Surely not? A baritone is just a narrower bore than a euphonium, but it is still conical. The same sort of difference as 3/4 against 6/4 tuba. A trombone is an instrument the same pitch as euphonium which is cylindrical.
However to answer your question. What about this?
