Replacement finger button inlays?

Does anyone still sell/make replacement finger button inlays other than the usual white plastic "pearly" inlays that are so common? I don't need anything super funky, just maybe an update from the old ones to something a little cooler...
Mouthpiece Express has some only for Yamaha tubas, and they're not interested in custom orders. Anyone else do this now?

If you give them accurate measurements, and the tell them what you want, craft jewellers will be able to make them out of almost any precious or semi-precious material you want, of course it will cost you...
