Hello Tubenetters,
Any suggestions on where to send a mouthpiece to be refurbished? If any Canadian posters have a suggestion, I would welcome those as well. The finish has practically worn off and there is some damage to the bottom of the pipe that enters the leadpipe.
Thanks.

MusicAid in London, Ontario does wonderful work. I send most of my small plating jobs their way and I've never been disappointed.

Dillon Music in New Jersey is the place to go for repairs, customization, or replating of mouthpieces.

Great quality, reasonable prices, quick turnaround.

I also recommend Vladimir @ Dillon Music. He had done some great work for me.

Dillon Music gets my vote as well, however, given the above and the OP's alias, I presume the OP is located in Canada.

I also presume that the OP would prefer to have the work done in Canada if possible (hence the appeal to Canadian posters) since, depending on the nature and extent of the work, the cost of international shipping, customs fees, and HST/GST-PST, and bank/cc currency exchange fees could easily equal or surpass the cost of the refurb work itself.
