Sousaphones in Ned Sublette's "Year Before the Flood"

I have been reading several books by musician/historian Ned Sublette - his latest one is about his experiences growing up in Louisiana and his stay in New Orleans just before Katrina. He devotes many pages to the New Orleans Brass Bands and really centers on the Sousaphone players (Kirk Joseph and Tuba Fats, among others) in that section.

It is a very well written book, in my opinion - deeply personal and yet historically very interesting, especially for musicians. Lots of pictures (that he took himself) - even has a Sousaphone bell on the cover!

This sounds like a fascinating book. Where might I find a copy of it?

It is in print - available at all the usual places like Amazon.com, Google or your local independent book store (my preference!)
