Hardly.
The tuba is a Besson 981 or 982, but from the listener front right one would have expected an early Hirsbrunner.
Haven’t seen the context, but from instrument, geography, and fauna this looks like Scotland.

The footgear points towards the Netherlands, but the geography doesn’t.

I asked a Norwegian tuba friend on facebook, and another one answered with this link:

The context is a charity for Haiti. On a Norwegian island the men let themselves be photographed naked for a calendar. The tuba player is a Dutchman managing a Norwegian deer-farm. The purpose is fine, but I am not into male pin-up calendars.
