Hey, Clint! I don't have any pictures for you, but have you called either Tubadome here in the U.S., or contacted Meinl-Weston in Germany for the information? Perhaps they would send you (or your repairperson) both a picture and the parts necessary. Just a thought. Good Luck!

I remember chatting with Tom a few years ago about this (I think he had the spare parts to sell for the conversion). Might be worth a PM:

(And Tom, if this wasn't you, sorry!

Yes, I have an SLP with a modified 5th valve setup.
It was changed to be more like a 2165 and places the thumb more inside the palm rather than spreading your hand out and having you reach your thumb way up onto the 1st valve slide and push that l-o-n-g linkage. It makes using the "big valves" much easier on the hands. I do have a photo of it somewhere, and I know there was a thead or two where I elaborated on this and posted photos.
I haven't looked closely at the latest SLPs, so I'm not sure what the linkage setup it like...if my description of it sounds totally wrong it is because I'm referencing some earlier version.
Sorry, with the current price of MW spares, I've decided that I'm keeping the other set of parts I have in case I ever need them since it would cost a substantial amount of money more than I have invested in this set to purchase another in the future.
