Mouthpiece Express

Post by CKH »

I'm looking to test out three mouthpieces, and I think I'm going to go with Mouthpiece Express because they have the most options. They have a 10% restocking fee, which I'm okay with. Has anyone ever bought and returned any mouthpieces from them? If so, what were your experiences with the company (In terms of how easy it was to return them)?

Thanks,

Christian

I bought a Yamaha Bobo Solo mouthpiece a few years back from Mouthpiece Express. The mouthpiece arrived with a not-so-round shank due to the fact that they shipped the mouthpiece in a padded envelope!

I chose not to complain or return it, however, because they had sent me the MUCH more expensive model with the gold plating rather than the "replica" model I had paid for.
