I've just received word that Harvey Phillips has been admitted to a Bloomington, Indiana hospital. No other details at the moment other than a feeding tube has been administered.

That is sad to hear.

I will pray for him and his family .

Harvey has been a great friend and great insiration for me. He and his family are in my prayers as well. I hope for a good outcome for him.

Harvey always has the best medical care. Harvey Jr and Jessie are both physicians and Jessie practices in Bloomington and is on the staff of the hospital. Carol and Tom watch over Harvey daily - He has a great family and they take great care of him!

I spoke to Carol Phillips earlier tonight.

Harvey was brought to the hospital early Sunday morning and they admitted him. They placed a feeding tube in his stomach and released him to a rehab center Tuesday afternoon. She says that he wants to go to the Irish Lion and get a beer – yep, his spirit is still there. They are hoping to get him back home soon. Dr. Jessie is in Bloomington watching him and Dr. Harvey was consulted as his the gastroenterologist of the family. Carol and Tom are at home and will be seeing him daily at the rehab center. They are all in good spirits.
