Anyone have the Barry McKimm Concerto?

Hello tubenetters,

I am looking for the Barry McKimm Concerto for tuba and piano. I have two recordings, but cant seem to locate the music.
Help!

I saw it recently played by a beyond-excellent player. Everything up to the cadenza was golden, but the ending bit was the same pitch as the backing group. It blended in a bit more than I thought a solo should, and it (the writing, not the soloist!) lacked the spark I thought it really had the potential for. If I were considering playing it in a recital or whatever and especially if I had a group backing me, I would seriously consider playing the last few phrases (somewhat of a guess here, as I don't have the music either!) up a third or so and jazzing/bluesing/.... it up just a bit. I think that would add SOOOO much more to the performance.
