I will make you do some detective work, but on Google.com copy or type:
Barry McKimm Concerto for tuba and piano sheet music Australian
Good luck! If you happen to be in Australia anytime soon, they offer a discount if you pick up the chart!

I saw it recently played by a beyond-excellent player. Everything up to the cadenza was golden, but the ending bit was the same pitch as the backing group. It blended in a bit more than I thought a solo should, and it (the writing, not the soloist!) lacked the spark I thought it really had the potential for. If I were considering playing it in a recital or whatever and especially if I had a group backing me, I would seriously consider playing the last few phrases (somewhat of a guess here, as I don't have the music either!) up a third or so and jazzing/bluesing/.... it up just a bit. I think that would add SOOOO much more to the performance.
