Yeah, I've found some of their old recordings on vinyl (e.g.
here), but apparently their old recordings on Sine Qua Non didn't make it into the digital age. Oh well, maybe getting one of those LP-to-MP3 or cassette-to-MP3 appliances should go on my "things to get" list.

I think this might be what you're looking for. Regardless, this place has an INCREDIBLE selection of CDs.

Cool! Are there any issues with the sound quality (asked the man with the 30-year old cassette with about 1000 plays on it)?
It depends more on the cassette player. If a cassette player plays the tape without horrible sound quality, it is definitely doable to transfer unto PC/Mac. Try this one out (

BTW, I'm tempted to get that LP (Baroque Brass) and transfer that to computer (I have some Technics SL-1200 in the garage.)

FYI, here's a link where you can download the three Ewald Quintets from the same era.

The complete Baroque Brass and Russian Brass recordings (circa 1977) have recently been uploaded to Youtube by Jonathan Randazzo. If you are not familiar with these recordings, you should take a listen. Some of the finest small brass ensemble recordings ever made. Sam Pilafian sounds amazing, as do the rest of the guys.
Here are the links.

Thank you so much for posting the link to the YouTube recordings of these works, especially Russian Brass! I have literally been looking for this recording for years. I played my old Sine Qua Non cassette tape until it broke. I haven't been able to enjoy this recording since then, many years ago. Very much appreciated!

These links are great! Thanks. Two of my favorite CDs of Empire Brass are "Class Brass" and "Class Brass II".

+ 1
I would also like to locate the EBQ recording of the Oskar Boehme sextet. I don't think it has been digitally reissued, either.
